I’m Mimi Johnson, MBA, a Texas-based Realtor®, investor, and former insurance underwriting executive who helps buyers think and negotiate like insiders.
After 23 years of analyzing multimillion-dollar property portfolios for global insurers, including Allianz, AIG, Travelers, and Crum & Forster, I founded TIH Industries LLC and The Texas Rebate Realtor® brand to deliver data-driven real-estate strategies across DFW, Austin, San Antonio and Houston.

I hold an MBA from Texas Woman’s University and served as an underwriting executive at leading global insurers—Allianz, AIG, Travelers, and Crum & Forster.

My entrepreneurial ventures include TIH Industries LLC and TIH Signature Experiences (DBA), companies focused on real estate investment consulting, business strategy, financial education, and luxury travel. Through these ventures and my real-estate practice, I empower investors and homebuyers to build sustainable wealth through data-driven strategies and risk-managed decisions.
